The Conviction of Contra Costa District Attorney Mark Peterson plays heavily into this attempt on my life. Just weeks after the deadly PG&E San Bruno Explosion I was invited to Mark Peterson for DA event.
I shared that Chief Wenzel of Danville covered up this case and shared that my counsel left the case after being beaten in early 2005.
First-degree attempted murder
If convicted of first-degree attempted murder...which means that the attempted
murder was willful, deliberate, and premeditated...you face a life sentence in
the California state prison with the possibility of parole (to be determined during a California parole board "lifer" hearing).18
If the first-degree attempted murder was committed against a peace officer,
firefighter, or other protected person who was engaged in the performance of
his/her duties, you face the same sentence, but must serve a mandatory minimum
15-year sentence.19
Second-degree attempted murder
If convicted of second-degree attempted murder...which is any murder attempt
that isn't willful, deliberate, and premeditated...you face a five, seven, or
nine-year state prison sentence.20
